Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Infinure Co-Pilots (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Infinure Co-Pilots is a software-as-a-service platform for running structured executive mentoring programs. It includes engagement management, maturity assessments, AI-powered session preparation, and multi-stakeholder dashboards.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• You will not share your account with others
• You will notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data belonging to other tenants
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities
• Upload content that is illegal, harassing, or violates third-party rights
• Use the Service to compete with or replicate Infinure
• Abuse rate limits or impair Service availability for others

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service. AI-generated content is derived from your inputs and belongs to you.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

7. Availability and support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Email support is available at support@infinure.com.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be anonymized within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated recommendations are suggestions, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs before acting on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinure's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users at least 30 days before taking effect.
